Phil founded CYBRID in 2017, bringing together highly-skilled experts to create future-proofed IT solutions to businesses around the globe. Previously holding the role of Head of IT for a global software company and Head of IT & Security for an international manufacturing firm, Phil’s career has seen him successfully manage, develop and execute ambitious projects around the world, including Hong Kong, Malaysia, India, and the US. Phil’s passion is people; empowering his team to be the best that they can be. Outside of work, Phil is a keen cook and loves all things motorsport.

With over 20 years of experience, James drives consistent improvement within Technical Operations, using his expert knowledge to enable us to continue expanding the range of products and solutions that we offer to our clients. James has many years of experience delivering IT services to small, medium and large enterprises and a vast knowledge of network infrastructure design, implementation and support. When he’s not building workflows and processes for CYBRID, James loves nothing more than getting out on his mountain bike and is a big fan of adrenaline sports.

Studying a level 3 T-Level in Digital IT: Support Services at HSDC, Michael joined CYBRID in 2021 as a T-Level Apprentice IT Engineer. As an Apprentice Engineer, Michael works closely with CYBRID’s technicians to support our customers’ IT requirements.

Kerry has extensive experience supporting board-level strategic development to drive major, sustainable growth, transformation, cost savings and efficiency improvements. She’s highly experienced across a range of sectors with proven effectiveness optimising board and organisational structures, ensuring compliance, and establishing highly engaged cultures.

Having set up his own businesses, Matthias, our Financial Controller, has an invaluable perspective of what a CEO looks for when scaling up. However, Matthias isn’t just a man of numbers, he is also a trained physiotherapist, musician, actor and screenwriter!

Formally FD (Northern Europe) at Yahoo!, Roger is a highly experienced CFO. Day-to-day, Roger works alongside the senior CYBRID team to drive the overall strategic direction, whilst holding control of funding, reporting and establishing KPI’s. When he’s not at his desk, Roger is a keen skier and enjoys mountain biking on the South Downs.

Meet CYBRID’s very own Chief Morale Officer, Shelby. Most days when he’s at the office, Shelby can be found snoozing and looking handsome. While it may seem like Shelby spends a lot of time sleeping on the job, he is a very good boy and an essential part of the team and company culture. Outside of work, Shelby’s passionate about long weekend walks and chasing squirrels.
